• All orders must be placed through our website. • Once your order is confirmed through our website it is a binding contract as all items are bespoke • We may decline an order if the product is unavailable or payment is not authorised.
2. Bespoke Products
• All taps and ceramic indices are made to order ( and are bespoke) and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed and paid for • Product images and descriptions are for guidance; slight variations may occur. • Custom indices with names, logos, or lettering cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed and paid for
3. Prices & Payment
• Prices are in GBP and do not include VAT. Unless stated differently on the website • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. • Once your order is confirmed, the price is fixed.
4. Delivery
• All taps and indices are bespoke, so delivery may take longer than standard products. • Estimated delivery times will be provided when you order. • Risk passes to you on delivery, but ownership stays with us until payment is received. • Please ensure your delivery address is correct.
5. Returns & Faulty Goods
• Standard products (if any) can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. • Bespoke taps and indices cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started. • Refunds or replacements are only for items that are faulty
6. Installation & Liability
• Installation should be done by a qualified plumber. • Our liability is limited to replacing or refunding faulty goods. • We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as installation delays or loss of business.
7. Force Majeure
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, e.g., strikes, transport issues, or supply problems.
8. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by English law. • Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
