Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel completely confident when choosing RF Phillips & Co brassware. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

Please remember all items are bespoke and made to order and are therefore can only be returned if there is a problem with the manufacturing of the product.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, items must be:
• Unused
• Uninstalled
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition
• And follow the bespoke rules

Non Returnable Items

• Custom special tap handle bespoke indices
• Items that have been installed
• Not in resalable condition
• Must follow the bespoke rules

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
