Every piece of RF Phillips & Co brassware is made with the same care, precision, and traditional methods that defined the great British tap makers of the last century. We stand behind that craftsmanship completely.

Our Guarantee

All RF Phillips & Co taps, mixers, and brassware are guaranteed for 5 years against manufacturing defects.
This includes:
• 5 years on all mechanical and working parts
• 2 years on all plated finishes
• Lifetime support for serviceable components

What This Means for You

If any part of your brassware fails due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the component at no cost. Our aim is simple: to ensure your taps perform beautifully for decades, just as traditional brassware always should.

Exclusions (Standard Across the Industry)

• Natural ageing and patina on unlacquered brass
• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Limescale build up
• Use of harsh chemicals or abrasives
• Normal wear on moving parts , washers, seals, and O rings
• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Bespoke tap handle indices
